The Artist Known As Animal
Hartwell St. Near Central.
Sometimes you get a chance to see multiple sides of one artist. The picture above is from someone who goes by the name Animal on their street art. It's a really interesting picture with it's combination of geometric and fluid elements. Below is another picture by the same artist. It's totally different and obviously some sort of social commentary. It could be a statement by the artist about life in New Brunswick - the character is saying "I wish it wasn't this hard". The contrast between the two pieces is startling. The more I look at the bottom one the more it kinda bothers me, but in the way the artist obviously intended it to.
