Local Musicians - Rapid Cities

From time to time on Hub City Street Art I'm going to do short posts about local musicians.  This band, Rapid Cities, has been playing New Brunswick since their birth at a Brunz basement show a year ago.  They've been refining their sound as they've stormed the basement scene.  They consider themselves a mixture of indie rock, hardcore, and mathrock.  The band members include Anthony Batiatto, Cass McGrath, and John Terry.  I recommend enjoying the music with a warm Pabst in hand.  If you want to listen to them, check out the band's myspace page at www.myspace.com/rapidcities .  When you go to the site make sure to check out the pics.  There are some cool shots from train and subway stations.
